We had our pre drywall meeting recently and everything looked great. It was the coldest day for over 2 years here in Dayton with wind-chills below zero. Brrr! Ryan is doing great and still building our house very fast.

Everything is looking great! I almost took a picture for you the other day because they were putting on the roofing for your morning room. I don't know how often you get to drive by, but it is almost a daily occurrence for me (we live about 3 minutes away). If you ever want pictures, let me know.

DeleteJust curious if you could tell me the price difference between brick and stone in your development? We're in the early planning stages of building a Sienna and weren't sire what to go with. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThe brick and stone are veneers on the front of the house only. The price differences are in the different elevations of the model you pick which will dictate if you get brick or stone. Best bet is to contact a Ryan Homes Sales and Marketing Rep so they can assist you further.
